We offer individual and group sessions in the following modalities: Rolf Method Of Structural Integration , SomexWork , Miracle Ball Method , and Integrative Restoration Meditation (irest). Our cllasses , workshops , and clinics are also available off-site and can be designed for any group and situation. Many companies approve these preventative and therapeutic modalities for their flexible spending plans. Please see links at bottom of page for details on each modality.

ABOUT US

Theresa Pearce, owner and director of services for Be Aligned, has been an innovator and leader in the holistic health-care and personal development fields for over 27 years. As a somatic educator she is interested in modalities that promote wellness and  offer possibilities for human beings to  live a life that is a healthy and joyful expression of  their highest potential. Among her many areas of study and certification she is a graduate of the Rolf Institute Of Structural Integration , Kripalu Bodywork and Massage , Miracle Ball Method of movement education , and a teacher of Integrative Restoration Meditation (irest) . Recently she has developed  and teaches a system of movement education and  re-patterning called SomexWork .
