Mindful Embodiment Training


This somatic education employs gravity, breath, and intention to restore flexibility and resilience to our soft tissues . By using props , awareness, and the neuroplasticity of our brain we will explore the tension patterns we have developed and realign our bodies and brains to create a renewed sense of ease in our daily activities. This work is appropriate for all ages and physical capabilities.
